Digital gift cards allow the recipient to choose from both the Top Dog virtual shows! They can be sent to yourself or direct to the recipient. You can include a personalised message and schedule it to be sent on Christmas day (or any other day!).

How do gift card recipients receive their Gift Card?
The gift card recipient will receive an email on the delivery date you specify above with the subject line "You just got a Top Dog Film Festival gift card from [your name]". Their unique gift card code appears in the email.

What can the recipient redeem the Gift Card for?
Available in different values and redeemable for any virtual viewing passes! The gift cards are not redeemable for theatre tickets.

How do I redeem a gift card?
To redeem the card, head to the Banff Shop page and finds items to purchase. During payment, select the Redeem a gift card option in Step 3 of the Checkout process and enter the unique gift card code.

What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?
If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using other payment methods such as debit or credit card.

Can I check the remaining gift card value?
